Matthew NewsomeChief AlchemistThe original founder, team builder and advocate of our Sheer mission. Matthew brings passion and zeal to the task of leading our product development team. He loves studying nature’s pharmacy, biohacking and experimenting with new approaches to access flow and wellness. In his spare time he enjoys Ethiopian coffee and frankincense ceremonies, practicing Wim Hoff in wild enclaves and walking the Sussex downs with his sheepdog Bella. -
David AshChief ScientistOur unique science maverick brings three decades of research and experience in cutting-edge nutritional science to our health campaign. David is also a published physicist dedicated to expanding the conversation around what forms the non-material basis of consciousness and our world. In his spare time he writes books, composes music and swims in the Cornish sea.

Dominik SchnellChief Visionary StrategistCo-founder and entrepreneurial manifestor with a wide visionary strategist lens. Dominik has been instrumental in birthing the Sheer entity into this world with his expertise in health innovation and his strong pioneering spirit. In his spare time, he can be found sitting on his verandah in his off-grid paradise playing guitar, contemplating the fate of humanity or curating heart-melting dance events@heartwave.com. -
Nicci ParryChief NutritionistNicci’s passion for health and nutrition has been a guiding light along the way. Her expertise in health, nutritional therapy and new frontier healthcare has been a glittering asset to our mission. In her spare time she is a keen bird watcher, gardener and cranio sacral therapist.

Alongside his design partner, Jez, they have helped us translate our far-out vision into the artwork and design experience you now hold in your hands. In his spare time Jason enjoys painting, ice baths, building a retreat centre and taking his four children on wilderness expeditions. -
Jimena ParatchaChief Heart OfficerJimena is a luminary with decades of experience in initiating and overseeing campaigns for social and environmental justice. As Global Ambassador of TreeSisters and Amazon Watch, she ensures that every effort of our fundraising is efficiently directed towards the most meaningful and thriving enterprises of these times. She spends her spare time with family and horses in Sussex and supervising initiatives in Brazil.
